职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

Formulate the development road of production process, flow chart, process specificiaton, operation instruction and BOM etc;

Develop mass production process and transfer new process introduced by advanced processing team to mass production
-
Lead PE team to optimize production process and improve production effeciency and yield continuously.

Be responsible for the evaluation of new non-chemical material and process and transfering to mass production
-
Take lead on failure analysis and provide solution to daily base quality issues from production line.
-
Working with ME team on equipment parameter optimization continuously
-
Organize the team training peridically and team members development

Person Specifications
-
Bachelor or above, majored in Electrical Chemical, Chemical Engineering or Material Science etc
-
More than 8 years ME experience in lithium-ion battery factory, with work experience in cylindrical battery factory is an advantage.

Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills; team-work player;
-
Good at written and reading English; good at spoken English is a plus
-
With the positive work attitude and quick learning ability; Should have strong sense of responsibility.
