Lead one project team during new product development, commit with customer requirement.
Manage team members in overseas with business travel to overseas.
Manage team’s daily work include product design, engineering document build and approval.
Manage project and update status to top management.
Regular communication and correspondences with customer, achieve project progress.
Coach team member and problem solving in electronic appliance knowledge
任职要求：
Bachelor and College education.
More than 10 years’ experience in vacuum cleaner / floor care product experience.
More than 6 years’ experience in Cordless product development experience.
Familiar with rechargeable product design and relative experiences.
Understand standard and qualification of Battery and power pack
Skilled in electronic appliance standard and test.
Project management skills.
Better communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English ability in listening, speaking and writing.
