职位描述：
1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or relevant specialty.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
3. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in non-standard automation equipment development and testing.
4. proficient in motion controls, machine installation, debugging, and machine buy-off.
5. Experience in machine vision development and knowledge of AI, IoT.
6. Strong programming skills in PLC, HMI and robotics. Familiarly with software such as Labview or C++ is advantageous but not mandatory.
