Regional Manager
Job Summary:
Techtronic Industries (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd.(东莞创机电业制品有限公司), has an opening for a Manager of Group Operational Controls and Process Improvement (Group OCPI). This position reports to the Director of Group OCPI and will be located in Dongguan city in PRC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·Assist the regional head of OCPI to fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities
·Assist the regional head to lead, develop and mentor the regional OCPI team
·Establish and maintain healthy working relationship with all related to the project undertaken
·Assist the regional head to lead and manage projects and deliver results on time
·Help to define project scope and goals
·Conduct field study and research to gain deep understanding of the subject project
·Help the team to collect relevant data and information
·Discuss and brainstorm with the team to design data and process analysis methodology
·Lead team member fieldwork and document relevant project details as needed
·Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them
·Coordinate and host project meetings with execution level team members
·Keep the regional head updated of project progress
·Recommend project schedule and target adjustment as needed
·Help the regional head to properly quantify, quality and close a project
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree, any major welcome but finance, business and engineering degrees are preferred
·Minimum 3 -5 years relevant work and leadership experience
·Strong data analytical skills, proficient use of Excel, Access and other data analytical and data mining tools a strong plus
·Solid internal control and process design and/or improvement experience and knowledge strongly preferred (for example, Kaizen, six-sigma, lean management, COSO framework and PMI framework)
·Strong ability to execute challenging tasks and ensure the desired result is achieved
·Strong presentation skills, proficient use of PPT to clearly illustrate and narrate a project of any complexity
·Similar to that of the head of OCPI, but can be at a lesser developed stage
·Detailed oriented with sharp eye for errors and misses
·Fluency in English is a must, in addition to their native language, fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus
·Passionate and driven for excellence and continuous improvement
·Willingness and ability to travel (Post-COVID) up to 50% and accommodate occasional extended trips (> 1 week)
