职位描述：
1. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in statistics, data analysis or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ of hands-on experience in data analysis and data science with proven track record of managing data teams and projects.
3. Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of modern data management strategies, tools, and best practices.
5. Experience in cloud infrastructure & data processing in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
6. Skilled at programming languages such as Python/Spark and SQL
7. Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ETL development, and data storage
8. Experience with data governance and Metadata management tools
9. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (such as regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests) and experience with their applications.
10. Proficient in data visualization tools, data storytelling and visualization techniques – preferably in Power BI.
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
12. Demonstrated managerial capabilities with a focus on team leadership and collaboration.
13. Excellent command of written & oral English is a must.
